Coaching Services Coaching is a partnership aimed at personal growth; it is not therapy, medical advice, or psychological counseling. No Guarantees Results vary and are dependent on the client’s effort and commitment. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Session Booking Sessions must be booked through the provided calendar system. Confirmations are sent via email. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid forfeiting the fee. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Sessions will still end at the scheduled time if you arrive late; no additional time will be added. No Refunds Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the coach cancels the session. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law. Privacy Policy Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Session Recording Sessions may be recorded only with prior consent from both parties. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their decisions and actions during and after coaching. Health Disclaimer Coaching does not replace medical or mental health treatment. Please consult professionals as needed. Technology Requirements Clients are responsible for having the necessary technology (internet, device, Zoom app) for sessions. Code of Conduct Respectful and professional behavior is expected. Coaching may be terminated if conduct is inappropriate. Intellectual Property All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission. Third-Party Links The website may contain links to external sites, which are not under our control. Limitation of Liability The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from coaching services. Force Majeure The coach is not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond their control.
